Jamie Errecart

Ms. Errecart is an attorney at Holden Law Group and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters.

Legal Experience

Ms. Errecart defends employers in litigation brought in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Ms. Errecart has extensive civil litigation experience in a variety of matters, including, labor and employment, professional liability, business litigation, and insurance defense.  This diverse background gives her the ability to create a broad range of solutions in employment and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Holden Law Group, Ms. Errecart worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the Office of Administrative Hearings.  Ms. Errecart also worked at the California Department of Education where she represented the Department and Superintendent in a variety of matters that involved complex federal and state statutes and regulations. Her background navigating legislation and carefully analyzing the intricate differences in federal and state law gives her a distinct advantage in employment law where federal and state law often apply simultaneously. Prior to working for the state, Ms. Errecart litigated matters in the private sector.

Ms. Errecart is passionate about minimizing our client’s legal exposure and achieving positive outcomes. She communicates with her clients throughout the handling of litigation to ensure that her client’s goals and priorities drive the litigation.  Ms. Errecart combines her prior training with her love of learning to stay on the cutting edge of litigation, and to provide employers with winning results.

Professional Activities and Interests

Ms. Errecart is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the California Bar Association, and Women Lawyers of Sacramento.

Ms. Errecart spends as much time as she can with her family. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, traveling and exercising. She is a triathlete and completed an Ironman as well as numerous marathons.
