Salary Range:
- Really depends on years of relevant experience and the billable hours you choose. Could range from $100,000 to $250,000.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience of work focused on California employment law, including experience handling civil litigation.
- Strong legal research and computer skills.
- Strong analytic, strategic, and creative thinking.
- Positive attitude, superior attention to detail, and common sense.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills that allow you to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
