Who we need…
Specifically, we are looking for an Attorney that can bring their California employment law experience to complement our existing client services. Important qualities of our next Employment Attorney include:
- Sufficient employment law and civil litigation experience representing businesses that allows them to manage litigation independently and provide clients with advice & guidance on handling employment issues.
- Ability to successfully interact with and inspire confidence in clients. We love proactive leaders with superior organizational and problem-solving skills. We expect our attorneys to be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and writing skills.

- Additionally, for the right candidate, there is the potential for future firm ownership options if that is something you believe you would be interested in, but it is not a requirement for consideration.
What you will do…
You will use your real expertise and proactive approach to provide legal advice for our clients so they can avoid future employment law issues. You will deliver genuine solutions to employers with their complex litigation matters, employee management & terminations, lawsuits, investigations, audits, wage & hour compliance and really any other potential employment law legal matter a business in California might face. You will also strategize and partner with our HR professionals who offer valuable all-around HR consulting that businesses need to run a happy, healthy team.
