We are looking to add an exceptional Human Resources Professional to our thriving team!
Who we need:
We’re looking for professionals who can bring their extensive HR experience and knowledge to our existing client services. Our ideal candidate for this role possesses the following qualities:
- Extensive experience as a HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Consultant + possess one of the following current certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR-CA, SHRM-SCP or SPHR-CA.
- A degree in HR Management, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience and interest in HR legal compliance, policy development, employee relations, and recruitment.
- The ability to successfully interact with and inspire confidence in all client and candidate interactions.
- A proactive leader with superior organizational and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and writing skills as well as a strong aptitude for learning and high degree of accountability.
- Commitment to live and uphold the Holden Law Group mission, values, and purpose.
- Comfortable planning and conducting virtual and on-site, live training sessions for small to large groups of employees as well as employers and supervisory roles.
Pay range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually.

What you will do:
HR Consultation:
- Offer valuable all-around HR consulting that businesses need to run a happy, healthy team.
- Provide direct consultation to businesses and non-profit organizations throughout Northern California by delivering a variety of services, including guidance on employee relations and legal compliance, employee training programs and assistance with policy development.
- Strategize and partner with our employment attorneys to provide phenomenal, comprehensive service to our clients.
