COVID-19 SUPPLEMENTAL PAID SICK LEAVE RELIEF GRANT PROGRAM!
As we previously reported to our valued clients in our October of 2022 – New Law Updates for 2023 newsletter, AB 152 established the California Small Business and Nonprofit COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave (SPSL) Relief Grant Program to assist certain qualified small businesses or registered nonprofits that incurred costs by providing SPSL to eligible employees during the pandemic. Grant awards under this Program will be between $5,000 and $50,000.
This Program is now accepting applications from eligible employers and funds are limited so timely application is recommended. Please use the link above for more information and to apply for a grant under this Program.
